Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of data center infrastructure.
• Familiar with copper and fiber cabling concepts.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Effective collaboration and communication, with willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous learning.
• Prior exposure to data centers or technical training is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stage equipment and cabling.
• Perform basic inventory checks and update tracking systems.
• Assist with rack positioning and physical preparation under guidance.
• Install rack accessories and PDUs as directed.
• Support MACD activities under supervision.
• Perform routine visual inspections and escalate issues.
• Follow established procedures and safety requirements.
