Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• Willingness to travel to data centers and work various shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work days/nights/weekends and at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Install server racks, perform hardware break-fix and troubleshoot networks.
• Serve as primary contact with engineers, vendors, contractors.
• Participate in on-call duties and maintenance/change management.
• Contribute to docs and process improvements.
• Assist in training new team members.
