You will join a diverse team responsible for keeping the cloud infrastructure operational across locations. The role requires 2+ years in hardware troubleshooting and networking, willingness to travel between sites, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting experience.
• 2+ years of computer layer 1/2 networking experience.
• Willingness to work shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel between data centers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents to ensure service availability.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to documentation and onboarding of new teammates.
• Take ownership of technical issues and drive resolution.
