Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performing server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components.
• Troubleshooting network issues and responding to operational incidents impacting service availability.
• Carrying out routine network, server hardware, and operating system repairs.
• Serving as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participating in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance and change management.
