Qualifications

• 4+ years in site/infrastructure/tech support or similar.
• Experience in data centers or large-scale IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service low voltage cabling and related equipment.
• Provide end-user and server/network support within SLAs.
• Maintain safe work environment and accurate inventory.
