Job summary

Oracle in Phoenix is seeking an IC2 Data Center Technician to install, repair, and manage server and network hardware. You will rack, cable, power up equipment, and hand off to provisioning teams, with daily use of JIRA and Confluence.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working 10–12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and decommission enterprise servers and cabling.
• Repair data center hardware and networking within SLA.
• Rack and stack data center equipment.
• Handle daily work via JIRA and Confluence.
• Provide handover reports at shift end.
