Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Cabling expertise for Cat6/6a and multi-mode fiber.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Monitor environmental systems including power and cooling.
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
