Qualifications

• Completion of the WaV2T pathway with Tech+ and/or Linux+ certification.
• 0–1 years in IT infrastructure, military communications, electronics, or data center support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting servers, networking devices, and IT equipment.
• Knowledge of data center operations, including electrical, cooling, airflow, and rack commissioning.
• Must be located near or willing to relocate to North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and optimize server and network hardware.
• Respond to and triage incidents affecting facility or IT operations.
• Diagnose and repair servers and networking equipment.
• Serve as a technical liaison between teams.
• Manage inventory and logistics for assets and spare parts.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotations for continuous operations.
• Plan and commission new rack equipment and cabling.
