Job summary

Based in Louisa, VA with initial work in Manassas or Fredericksburg, this role requires travel between centers, on-call shifts, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; starting pay ranges from 27.98 to 48.99 USD hourly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair server hardware; troubleshoot network issues.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and maintenance/change management.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Train and onboard new team members.
