Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Technician to monitor and maintain its critical infrastructure across our facilities. You will respond to alarms, support Colocation customers around the world, and process service requests through our ticketing system.

This role requires strong troubleshooting, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams. Preferred candidates hold a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in a data center or

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma required.
• Two years of data center experience or closely related technical field required.
• Industry certifications or higher technical education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the critical facilities systems and respond to alarms.
• Provide customer support for local and international Colocation Customers 24/7/365.
• Process service requests, orders, and equipment troubleshooting via ticketing system.
• Perform hourly facility walk-throughs and verify readings of electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Assist in security monitoring and access control.
• Support operational tasks including interconnection orders and site logistics.
• Maintain logs of events, inventory, and tickets.
• Coordinate with supervisor and local site team to resolve client issues.
