Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Associate's degree in IT or CS preferred.
• Industry certs (CompTIA, CCENT, Network+) or networking experience.
• Hands-on experience with Dell/HP hardware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center tasks including rack deployment and cabling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, fiber, networking, and power/cooling issues.
• Lift up to 49 pounds; work in loud, cramped, and elevated spaces.
• Work 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends to support operations.
• Take ownership of issues and drive timely resolution across teams.
