CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Data Center Team Leader to guide engineering teams in a critical data center environment. You will oversee work quality, manage service requests, and implement preventative maintenance to meet uptime standards.

Strong supervisory skills and the ability to coordinate vendor networks are essential. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in related roles, experience with facilities systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High school or equivalent required with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff; ensure equipment is functional and client space is in prime condition.
• Review monthly service request summaries to identify and address recurring operational problems.
• Formulate and implement a preventative maintenance program for building machinery and systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing; verify operation aligns with design specs and client environmental requirements.
• Review work orders; estimate time/materials and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Assist team with complex repairs, emergencies, and preventive maintenance.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for achieving department objectives.
• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge across multiple disciplines and lead by example.
• Lead by example, align with CBRE RISE values, and influence stakeholders to adopt preferred approaches.
• Contribute to new products, processes, and operational plans to achieve functional goals.
• Communicate difficult ideas effectively to influence decisions across multi-discipline teams.
