Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Team Leader to manage engineering teams in a high-uptime facility. You will oversee ongoing operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable service.

The role requires hands-on data center experience, strong maintenance planning, and deep knowledge of building systems including cooling and power. This is a on-site position focused on safeguarding client assets and uptime.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of job-related experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with critical environments, cooling, power, and uptime.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering staff and inspect work to ensure equipment is functional.
• Review monthly service summaries and address recurring issues.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems.
• Inspect fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to meet design specifications.
• Estimate time/materials for repairs and manage inventories.
• Coach team members and lead multi-discipline collaboration.
• Model CBRE RISE values and drive objectives across teams.
