Salute is seeking a Data Center Technician Team Lead to manage a team of up to ten technicians while performing structured cabling and server rack deployments in a data center environment.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office, administrative and leadership skills, training responsibilities, client communication, safety QA/QC, and scheduling. Travel within the United States is possible, with expenses covered.

Responsibilities

• Develop shift schedules and manage teams.
• Understand project controls and how they affect project completion.

• Provide excellent customer service and report creation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
• Oversee shift operations, assign tasks, and monitor equipment.
