Archetype Infrastructure Solutions in Allen, TX is seeking a Lead Data Center Technician to oversee daily operations of our data center. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure reliability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure, and coordinate hardware deployments.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in leadership within data center environments, strong server & networking knowledge, and willingness to travel; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in a data center
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, and data center operations
• Experience with rack and stack, cabling, and power distribution systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues effectively

Responsibilities
