Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the Builds-B shift (Mon-Fri, 2 PM–10:30 PM) at our Lockbourne, OH datacenter.

You will oversee loading/unloading, verify part numbers and quantities, and ensure 5S safety standards while coordinating rack installation and cabling. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong customer service and analytical skills, and proficient computer use.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with live electrical equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Proficient with computers and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight, verify part numbers and quantities.
• Run daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Install and arrange server racks, cabling and components per diagrams.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain 5S safety standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and perform regular cleanup tasks.
