Job summary

DSV is hiring a Data Center Team Lead for Dock‑D shift (TH-FR 6AM-2:30PM / Sa-Sun 6AM-6:30PM) at our USA Lockbourne datacenter. You will lead material orders, inventory management, and the assembly and installation of servers and electronic components.

Oversee loading/unloading, ensure accurate shipping documents, perform daily cycle counts, and maintain 5S safety. 3–5 years of related experience required; strong teamwork and problem‑solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Critical thinking abilities and strong analytical skills are needed.
• Experience with computers is required; knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management.
• Assemble and install servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping documents/records.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse systems.
• Oversee placement of server racks and cabling according to diagrams and schematics; install rack hardware.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards; perform daily cleanup and safety checks.
