Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the RMA B Shift (Mon-Fri 6 AM-2:30 PM) at our USA datacenter in Lockbourne, OH. The role oversees material orders, customer service, inventory management, and the assembly of servers and components using hand and power tools.

The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols is required.
• Must be able to pass background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and ensure correct part numbers and pristine condition.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Install rack hardware and populate electronic components in server racks following diagrams and schematics.
