Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the Dock-A Shift (M–F, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) in Lockbourne, OH. You will manage material orders, inventory, and server installations at the datacenter, requiring 3–5 years of related experience and strong computer skills.

You will supervise loading/unloading, perform quality checks, and ensure safety and 5S practices on site. The role offers a base pay range of $27 hourly with compensation determined by experience and location.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static hazards.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound items.
• Carry out daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment.
• Install server racks and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards.
