Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lockbourne is seeking a Data Center Team Lead for the RMA B Shift (Mon-Fri, 6 AM–2:30 PM). You will oversee material orders, inventory management, and server rack installation in the datacenter.

You will perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight, manage cycle counts, and use hand and power tools. Strong 3–5 years of related experience and ability to pass background checks are required; electrical safety knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight and verify part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Oversee placement of server racks and install cabling following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, pallet jacks).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5s standards in the work area.
