The ideal candidate has strong Linux skills, scripting ability, experience with JIRA, and hands-on hardware installation capabilities in a collaborative, high‑uptime environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center environment with CPUs/GPUs.
• Proficiency with JIRA, scripting, and debugging methods (BMC, BIOS, GPU).
• Strong Linux skills with automated scripts and log review.
• Ability to physically install/replace hardware and use lab equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to technical tickets related to hardware and software in the data center.
• Debug platforms and systems including GPUs, CPUs, and related hardware.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and partners to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor data center operations for power outages, network disruptions, and cooling leaks.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot hardware physically and via firmware/OS debugging.
