Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager for a major data center development in the South Bend area. This site-based role oversees the structural package from planning to closeout, coordinating steel, concrete and related trades with civil, architectural and MEP teams.

Applicants should have recent data center construction experience and a strong GC or construction management background, with proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and subcontractors on large-scale

Qualifications

Recent data center or mission-critical construction experience is essential.
Strong GC or major construction management background.
PM experience across structural steel, concrete and related packages.
Solid understanding of sequencing and trade coordination.
Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, RFIs and submittals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work full-time on site in the South Bend area.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the structural scope from planning through installation and closeout.
Manage the structural package across the project and coordinate trade partners.
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
Manage subcontractors, vendors and project documentation.
Track schedules, budgets and package progress.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP and field teams.
Identify issues and drive solutions during delivery.
Support procurement and long-lead material planning.
Ensure safety and quality standards in all work.
Collaborate with superintendents, PMs, engineers and trade partners.
