Job summary

Zohorecruit in Mobile, Alabama is seeking an experienced QA/QC Project Manager to lead quality assurance and control across civil and structural packages on a major ground-up data center project. This on-site role requires close collaboration with PMs, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.

The successful candidate will own ITPs, NCRs, and quality documentation, ensuring adherence to contract documents, specifications and project standards throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• This role requires recent data center or mission-critical construction experience.
• Strong civil and structural knowledge of concrete, foundations and steel.
• Experience with ITPs, NCRs and corrective action processes.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own QA/QC across civil and structural construction packages.
• Develop and maintain project quality plans and inspection procedures.
• Perform site inspections and quality audits.
• Monitor earthwork, foundations, and site infrastructure.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and material testing.
