Qualifications

• Recent data center or mission critical construction experience.
• Strong GC/CM background with large-scale projects.
• Experience managing structural packages (steel, concrete, systems).

Responsibilities

• Own the structural scope across the project and coordinate with field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Oversee structural steel, concrete, and related systems; manage subcontractors and trade partners.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals; control change orders and procurement.
• Coordinate structural works with civil, architectural, and MEP teams; track schedules and budgets.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project requirements; manage punch lists and turnover docs.
