Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead field coordination in La Porte or South Bend, IN. Roles require 5 days on-site with potential overtime, managing GC and vendor teams to ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction PM experience, data center hyperscale builds, and strong contract oversight. PMP/RCDD are a plus, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management with a focus on site safety.
• Experience with data center builds from scratch (hyperscale).
• Greenfield to full construction and fit-out of existing buildings.
• Experience working with general contractors and 3rd parties.
• Able to manage construction contracts and enforce them.
• Ability to review drawings/schedule and make recommendations to stay on time.
• Safety focused, detail oriented, able to operate in the weeds.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field coordination with GC and vendor partners.
• Control costs, process change orders, and monitor progress.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, schedule, and contract requirements.
