Job summary

Baseten is seeking a sourcing-focused professional to build and maintain a broad network of data center and powered land providers. You will own the full lifecycle of each relationship, from initial outreach to ongoing management, ensuring strong vendor partnerships and compliance.

You will map opportunities, conduct cost analyses, and feed market intelligence back to the Supply team to help shape deal strategy and prioritization.

Qualifications

• Sourcing-focused professional with ability to build and manage long-tail provider networks.
• Experience coordinating across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators.
• Strong instincts for prioritizing opportunities and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a map of data center and powered land opportunities, focusing on long-tail providers.
• Own the full sourcing lifecycle from outreach to ongoing relationship management.
• Develop and manage sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independent operators.
• Evaluate new sites to determine fit and priority; prepare business cases with Finance.
