Job summary

FluxTec is expanding its national sales organization and seeking Regional Sales Managers to build and grow a defined geographic territory within the data center sector.

You will identify high-potential customers, develop relationships with decision makers, and lead complex sales opportunities from introduction to close. Regular industry events and conferences will be part of the role to establish FluxTec as a trusted partner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in data centers or engineered equipment.
• Ability to prospect, open new accounts, and build a territory.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 70% and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory development strategy for data center customers and partners.
• Identify target accounts and key decision makers responsible for specifying FluxTec equipment.
• Generate new opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, and customer visits.
