Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand strategic customer relationships for data center thermal management solutions across North America. This role blends account management, consultative selling, and business development in AI, hyperscale, and enterprise spaces.

Hybrid position, onsite 2–3 days per week in Silicon Valley with possible limited remote arrangements. Ideal candidates will have strong B2B sales experience, technical knowledge of data center

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or business development in data center thermal management or related IT infrastructure.
• Experience with complex technical products, solution selling, and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication with customers, engineering and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and North American market opportunities.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with AI infrastructure companies, hyperscale data centers, cloud providers, and OEM partners.
• Identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth through existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure long-term retention.
