Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of data center or mainframe operations experience.
• Experience leading shift teams and coordinating with multiple IT domains.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 12-hour day/night shift coverage and turnover.
• Manage personnel, printer/inserter and tape storage operations.
• Coordinate with Data Center Manager to balance staff and handle peak periods.
• Lead vendor coordination for print and related hardware services.
• Ensure 24x7 availability of data center services and adherence to procedures.
