Job summary

Unisys is seeking an experienced On-Site Service Engineer to directly support enterprise data center servers and hardware environments, including AI infrastructure. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain server components in data centers or customer sites, with emphasis on hands-on hardware and system-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include on-site installation/removal, firmware updates, and working with iDRAC or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise servers and data center hardware.
• Ability to diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain server components.
• Familiarity with Linux or similar OS.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills for customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Dell PowerEdge and other enterprise server hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve server hardware failures to minimize downtime.
• Perform installation, removal, and replacement of server components and rack-mounted hardware.
• Troubleshoot BIOS/firmware, OS, and hardware diagnostics; document activities and resolutions.
