Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for Dell PowerEdge and enterprise servers.
• Diagnose hardware failures and perform component-level repairs.
• Install, configure, and rack servers; document actions and resolutions.
• Escalate issues when necessary and communicate with customers clearly.
