Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Lead for Data Center Security Delivery to own security across campus construction from groundbreaking to handover. You will be the single point of accountability that ensures the site is ready before going live, coordinating with general contractors, operators, and partners.

You will absorb construction noise, rewrite requirements when needed, and drive each build to a cleaner, safer handover while managing vendor coordination and escalation when risks arise.

Qualifications

• Delivered physical security scope on data center or critical infrastructure projects.
• Managed milestone- or commissioning-acceptance processes with formal sign-offs.
• Experienced with contractual security obligations and accountability.
