Job summary

Nscale seeks a Security Construction Manager to lead the field-side delivery of physical and logical security systems across our data center construction programs.

This role owns the implementation coordination of access control and camera infrastructure, physical security systems, and Zero Trust Network (ZTN) deployment for new site builds — translating security requirements defined by the CISO and Security organization into contractor scopes, installation accountability, and verified

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, IT, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in security systems construction or deployment.
• Hands-on with access control and CCTV hardware.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors across sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary construction-phase interface translating requirements into field accountability.
• Coordinate installation, integration, and commissioning of physical security systems.
• Manage field-side delivery of Zero Trust Network deployment with IT/OT teams.
• Review submittals and approvals, escalating non-conformances.
