Qualifications

• Delivered physical security scope on data center or critical infrastructure construction projects.
• Managed milestone/commissioning acceptance processes (FAT/SAT, punch lists, sign-off).
• Held contractual security obligations with evidence rather than assurances.
• Able to say 'not ready' with a plan.
• Capable of handling multiple concurrent sites toward handover.
• Able to author and rewrite requirements, standards, and processes.
• Influence with contractors, operators, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Own security delivery program across every Anthropic campus under construction: concurrently, from groundbreaking to handover.
• Coordinate with general contractors and site teams on security delivery and handover.
• Define and maintain security acceptance criteria at each construction milestone and commissioning gate.
• Verify operator readiness before handover: staffing, SOPs, security systems, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare the turnover package and manage the transition from construction-phase to operational security ownership.
• Rewrite DCSE construction-security requirements and delivery processes where they fail in the field.
• Represent security in design reviews and cross-functional meetings; surface risks early with options.
