Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of security operations management experience.
• 3–4 years of data center security supervisor experience.
• Experience managing hourly employees and relations.
• Highly professional with integrity and strong planning abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contractor operations, including hiring, training, disciplining, and managing personnel.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate support services and resolve operational issues to optimize account performance.
• Meet or exceed cost-saving and operational efficiency goals while prioritizing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain weekly operating schedules and oversee payroll completion for contractor personnel, with availability for after-hour emergency response.
• Communicate and implement metric and procedural updates with the Client Regional Security Manager.
• Monitor progress on device repairs and managing the Ticketing System.
• Review desk journals, tickets, badge logs, and visitor records regularly, reporting deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Compile data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage onboarding, training, licensing, and local regulatory requirements.
• Track alarm violations and managing related reporting and resolutions.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations effectively.
• Develop staff technical and professional skills through coaching, counseling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of contractor personnel and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Meet staffing requirements and conduct site-specific training and annual refresher courses.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and post orders for emergency reference.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles, maintaining inventories and maintenance schedules.
• Overseeing the implementation of policies and company announcements.
• Fulfilling other contract management duties as assigned by the client.
