You will coordinate staffing, training, payroll, and after-hours emergency response, monitor security metrics, and prepare data for Quarterly Business Reviews while maintaining contract compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4-5 years’ security operations management experience.
• 3-4 years of data center security supervisor experience.
• Experienced in hourly employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day contractor operations, including hiring, training, disciplining, and managing personnel.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate support services and resolve operational issues to optimize account performance.
• Maintain weekly operating schedules and oversee payroll for contractor personnel, including after-hours emergencies.
• Develop staff skills through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicle-related inventories and maintenance.
