Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of security operations management experience.
• 3–4 years of data center security supervision experience.
• Experience with hourly employee relations.
• High integrity and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day contractor operations including hiring, training and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate support services and resolve issues to optimize account performance.
• Meet cost-saving and efficiency goals while delivering excellent service.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll for contractors, and after-hour emergency response.
