Strong communication and a track record of performance improvements are essential. You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, and development, while maintaining documentation and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 6+ years of security experience, including 3+ years of people management.
• Experience leading teams in a security and/or data center environment.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control systems, incident management tools, and video surveillance platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site security team and oversee day-to-day security operations 24/7.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop security personnel; coach and manage performance.
• Collaborate with client leadership across business groups to support site operations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and SOPs; monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Oversee security systems (access control, CCTV, incident tools) and support audits and inspections.
