First Coast Security is hiring a full-time Cluster Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned security contract on-site, focusing on client relationships, staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, and contract compliance.

This role serves as the primary client contact and is accountable for performance and development of personnel, with opportunities to grow within a company that values internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in contract security, law enforcement, or the military, with supervisory exposure.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks across teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of an assigned security contract on-site, including scheduling and payroll accuracy.
• Act as primary client contact; communicate regularly and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage incidents and emergencies in line with post orders and policy.
• Coach and develop personnel through training and performance reviews.
• Ensure hours meet contract requirements with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Coordinate onboarding, site training, and lifecycle management for staff.
