Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in contract security, law enforcement, or military supervision preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and meet contract obligations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff, clients, recruiters, and leadership.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned security contract, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, and contract compliance reporting.
• Serve as the primary client contact; maintain regular communication and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle incidents and emergencies in accordance with post orders and policy.
• Coordinate staffing with recruiters and Regional Director of Operations.
• Develop assigned personnel through coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
