Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for data center projects in Pecos, Texas.

The role leads scheduling, analyzes project data, and develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners. On-site responsibilities include monitoring design deliverables, procurement, and construction timelines, with regular status updates and forecast reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years' electrical (industrial/commercial) scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6 required.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Knowledge of construction disciplines; Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on electrical data center projects and report progress.
• Analyze project information for planning and scheduling.
• Develop detailed schedules with project team and trade partners.
• Input, analyze, and monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversee all scheduling activities and provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Review schedule changes and produce impact reports on financials and delays.
• Work on-site and coordinate with project and design teams.
