Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in the United States is seeking a Scheduling Lead for electrical data center projects. You will develop detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners, and monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.

You will oversee scheduling activities, provide status updates and forecasts, and produce impact reports on schedule changes and potential delays. Field work at project sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects, performing scheduling and reporting.
• Analyze project information and prepare documents to ensure efficient planning and scheduling.
• Develop detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.
