Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, based in Pecos, Texas, seeks a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for data center construction.

You will lead scheduling on electrical data center projects and coordinate with project teams and trade partners. You will develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, analyze design, procurement and construction timelines, and prepare status reports and forecasts for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years' electrical construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and P6.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling on electrical data center projects and provide status updates.
• Analyze project information and prepare docs for planning and scheduling.
• Develop detailed schedules with project teams and trade partners.
• Input and monitor design, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversee all scheduling activities and produce forecast reports.
• Review schedule updates to assess financial impact and delays.
