IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Project Scheduler for electrical data center projects in Pecos, Texas.

The role leads scheduling efforts, analyzes project data, and develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners. The ideal candidate has 3 years of electrical construction scheduling experience, proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years' recent electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and P6.
• HS Diploma/GED.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules, and resource and cost loading.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical Field experience not required but preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Works as the Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects performing scheduling and reporting.
• Analyzes project information and preparation of documents to ensure efficient planning and scheduling of projects.
• Develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.
• Responsible for input, analysis, and monitoring of design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversee all project scheduling activities and provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Reviews and evaluates schedule updates and changes and produces impact reports on financial impact and delays.
• Performs work on the project site and interacts with the project and design teams.
