IES Nebraska is seeking a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for electrical data center projects in Pecos, Texas. In this role, you will lead scheduling activities, analyze project information, and develop detailed schedules with the project team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in electrical construction scheduling and proficiency in MS Project and P6.

Qualifications

• 3 years recent electrical construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules and resource/cost loading.
• Strong communication (written/verbal), problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Works as the Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects.
• Analyzes project information and prepares documents for planning and scheduling.
• Develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.
• Oversight of all project scheduling activities.
• Reviews and evaluates schedule updates and produces impact reports.
