Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Chester, VA is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler for data center projects.

You will lead scheduling, analyze information, develop detailed schedules with project teams, monitor design/procurement/construction, and provide forecasts.

Candidates need 3+ years electrical construction scheduling, MS Project and Primavera P6 proficiency, HS Diploma, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years electrical construction scheduling/PM experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• HS Diploma/GED.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules, resource and cost loading.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel/Word.
• Strong communication, problem solving, analytical, organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects and report status.
• Analyze project information and prepare planning documents.
• Develop detailed schedules with project team and trade partners.
• Input, analyze, and monitor design, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversee scheduling activities and provide forecasts and reports.
• Review schedule updates and analyze financial impact and delays.
• Work on-site and collaborate with project/design teams.
