Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Field Project Manager to provide owner representation during tenant fit-outs across multiple buildings on a data center campus in Fayetteville, GA. You will coordinate with base-build GC and fit-out GC, oversee MOPs, safety, QA/QC, schedules, and commissioning, ensuring a fast-paced turnover for critical facilities.

The role requires extensive construction management experience in labs or data centers, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or applicable trade/superintendent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects; labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facility construction experience recommended.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management, service providers, workers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Field management focus: safety oversight and day-to-day schedule tracking.
• Coordinate Owner/GC activities (base build vs fit-out) and QA/QC.
• Manage MOP coordination, delivery, site logistics, and submittals/RFIs.
• Oversee safety, commissioning, and weekly reporting; ensure QA/QC plans are followed.
• Drive tenant fit-out projects on a fast-paced schedule at multiple buildings.
