Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a Data Center Safety Administrator to support all administrative aspects of project safety operations on a data center construction site. You will handle onboarding, recordkeeping, inspections, and audit readiness while coordinating with subcontractors and site personnel.

The role is office-based with daily field interactions, requiring strong Microsoft Office skills, Procore experience, and meticulous data management to maintain compliance and safety performance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site sign-in applications and workforce tracking systems.
• Track orientation completion, onboarding metrics, and workforce headcount reports.
• Maintain onboarding and orientation records for all project personnel.
• Maintain employee and subcontractor safety files, ensuring documentation is current and audit-ready.
• Track and manage PPE issuance records and related documentation.
• Maintain subcontractor safety documentation including safety plans and training records.
• Manage project safety documentation within Procore and other platforms.
• Monitor corrective actions from audits, inspections, and incidents to ensure timely closure.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for completeness and collect daily JHAs from subcontractors.
• Track permit-required activities including hot work, confined space, excavation, energization, and LOTO.
• Maintain project permit logs and filing systems.
• Assist with safety KPI dashboards, trend tracking, and project safety scorecards.
• Organize documentation for client audits and safety inspections.
• Coordinate safety meetings and maintain attendance records and minutes.
• Prepare agendas, sign-in sheets, training materials, and meeting minutes.
• Support project communication between field personnel, subcontractors, and safety leadership.
