Job summary

Pogue Construction Company in the United States (TX) seeks a Data Center Safety Administrator to support all administrative aspects of project safety operations. You will manage onboarding, compliance tracking, safety documentation, training records, and reporting, serving as the administrative backbone of the safety team.

This role is primarily office-based with daily interaction with project personnel, subcontractors, and site safety staff. Procore experience and OSHA knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative, safety, construction, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage site sign-in applications and workforce tracking systems.
• Maintain onboarding and orientation records for all project personnel.
• Maintain employee and subcontractor safety files, ensuring all documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Track and manage PPE issuance records and related documentation.
• Maintain subcontractor safety documentation including safety plans and training records.
• Manage project safety documentation within Procore and other PM platforms.
• Monitor corrective actions from audits and incidents to ensure timely closure.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for completeness and collect daily JHAs from subcontractors.
• Track permit-required activities (hot work, confined space, excavation, energization, LOTO) and maintain permit logs.
