Job summary

Pogue Construction Company is seeking a Data Center Safety Administrator to support project safety operations on a data center construction site. You will manage onboarding, documentation, audits, and safety records to keep the project compliant and on track.

This role is primarily office-based with daily interaction with site personnel, subcontractors, and safety staff, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative, safety, construction, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard contractor and employee personnel; manage site sign-in and workforce tracking.
• Maintain safety files for employees and subcontractors; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Track JHAs, permits (hot work, confined space, excavation, energization, LOTO), and corrective actions.
• Support weekly/monthly safety reporting; assist with KPI dashboards and scorecards.
• Organize client audits/inspections; maintain Procore safety documentation.
• Provide administrative support to Safety Managers and project leadership.
